Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, clinic-based ABA services. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families to support client progress. This role is ideal for a compassionate, ethical, and data-driven clinician passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Position: Behavior Technician
Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the clinic and/or home setting under the supervision of a BCBA. BTs implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and use behavior analytic strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. This role involves close collaboration with the clinical team, building positive relationships with families, and participating in ongoing training and professional development. No prior ABA experience is required, we provide paid training, RBT support, and opportunities for growth.
Position: Mid-Level Supervisor
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mid-Level Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality ABA services within our clinic. This role involves supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, assisting with treatment plan development under BCBA supervision, monitoring data collection, and providing ongoing staff and parent training. The Mid-Level Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure effective implementation of behavior analytic interventions while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for clients, families, and staff.
