AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Position: Behavior Technician
Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Behavior Technician (BT):
-
Working directly with clients and providing 1:1 ABA therapy within the clients home, school, and/or community settings.
-
Implement the treatment plan that has been prescribed by the BCBA
-
Working closely with program managers and BCBA’s
-
Supporting families with day to day activities as outlined in the treatment plan
-
Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to increase skill acquisition and modify maladaptive behaviors
-
Data Collection
-
Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families
-
Attend and participate in company trainings to increase knowledge of ABA.
Requirements:
-
Must be 18 or older
-
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
-
6 Months or more of experience working with children or individuals with Autism and related disorders is preferred.
If you do not have experience, we will train you!

Willing to obtain RBT certification ( We will provide access to the 40 hour training and reimburse examination costs)
-
Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (We will provide assistance if you are not certified)
-
Reliable transportation and/or Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
-
Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting and pass a background check
-
Ability to provide negative TB test results
-
Available to work afternoon shifts (2:00 PM-8:00 PM)

Locations will be between San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and neighboring areas

Position: Program Manager
Responsibilities of a Program Manager:
-
Working directly with RBT’s and BT’s that are providing 1:1 ABA therapy within the clients home, school, and/or community settings.
-
Design and implement ABA treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA
-
Monitor data collection
-
Provide direct supervision for RBTs and BTs during the clients session
-
Provide BST training for RBTs, BTs, and parents
-
Provide Parent Trainings
-
Attend IEP Meetings as needed
-
Completes progress reports and program designs
-
Working closely with the Clinical Director
-
Supporting families with day to day activities as outlined in the treatment plan
-

Performs any other assigned duties
Requirements:
-
Must be 18 or older
-
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and/or Master’s degree in ABA in progress
-
Must be enrolled into an ABA focused Master's Degree Program
-
One year or more of experience working with children or individuals with Autism and related disorders.

Atleast one year of experience working as a program manager, case supervisor or related supervisory role
-
Willing to obtain RBT certification ( We will provide access to the 40 hour training and reimburse examination costs)
