Advanced Behavioral Specialists, we strive to provide individualized and high quality care for children and adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities or delays. Our mission is to promote positive interactions, for our clients, and to open their world to new opportunities and experiences. We value the implementation of evidence based interventions and strategies that focus on socially significant behavior. We aim to provide client care that is family focused, collaborative, culturally aware, and ethically sound. Hamna Tayyab, M.S, BCBA
Founder
Hamna Tayyab is the founder of Advanced Behavioral Specialists. She received her Bachelor's Degree, in Anthropology, from the University of California, Riverside, and her Masters Degree, in Applied
Behavior Analysis, from National University in San Diego, California.
Hamna is board certified in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Hamna is passionate about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and has been helping change the lives of her clients and their families, using ABA therapy, for over 6 years. She is dedicated towards helping individuals with autism and
other special needs and ensuring that they receive high quality and customized ABA therapy. Hamna’s commitment to ABA therapy is rooted in her experiences of witnessing, firsthand, how ABA therapy can drastically improve the lives of clients and families. Hamna started her career in ABA working as a behavioral interventionist and behavior technician. She firmly believes that this experience has allowed her to gain valuable experience and knowledge of working one on one with clients and families. Hamna then went on to work as an ABA program manager, which allowed her to gain supervisory experience working with multiple behavior technicians and providing support to clients and families. She has worked with clients in multiple settings including home-based therapy, community based therapy, and school based therapy. Hamna strives to grow her experience and gain more knowledge of the field, through professional development and continuing education.
As the founder and clinical director of Advanced Behavioral Specialists, Hamna is eager and excited to share her knowledge and passion of ABA with our amazing and actively growing clinical team. We are thrilled to provide high quality and customized care for each and every one of our clients and look forward to all the amazing milestones our clients will reach!
Daniel Ferryman,
Clinical Director

Daniel Ferryman began his journey working with children in 2008 at the Montessori School of Corona, where he served as a teacher’s assistant for seven years. His early experiences in the classroom sparked a lasting passion for supporting children’s growth and development. Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino in 2014, and soon after entered the field of behavior analysis as a Behavior Technician in 2015.
Driven to deepen his impact, Daniel completed his Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in 2019 and transitioned into a Clinical Supervisor role the same year. Continuing to advance his expertise, he earned a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022 and passed his board certification exam in 2023.
Daniel believes that collaboration, positivity, and communication are the cornerstones of effective leadership. These values guide his approach as he steps into the role of Clinical Director at Advanced Behavioral Specialists. Above all, Daniel genuinely enjoys working with children and finds immeasurable joy in watching them reach their goals, grow in confidence, and celebrate their successes.
He is excited to partner with caregivers, staff, and the ABS community to support meaningful progress for every child.
