Hamna Tayyab, M.S, BCBA
Founder
Hamna Tayyab is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Advanced Behavioral Specialists. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside, and her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in San Diego, California. Hamna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Since entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018, Hamna has been dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care. Her passion for ABA stems from witnessing firsthand the meaningful impact that quality behavioral services can have on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She believes every client deserves personalized treatment that empowers them to reach their fullest potential while supporting families throughout their journey.
Hamna began her career as a Behavioral Interventionist providing one-on-one services to children and their families. These early experiences gave her a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of the importance of building meaningful relationships with clients. She later advanced into a Program Manager role, where she supervised behavior technicians, collaborated with families, and supported the implementation of individualized treatment programs. Throughout her career, Hamna has provided services across home, clinic, school, and community settings, giving her extensive experience working with clients of varying ages and support needs.
As the Founder and CEO of Advanced Behavioral Specialists, Hamna is committed to building an organization centered on clinical excellence, ethical practice, compassionate leadership, and exceptional client care. She is passionate about mentoring and developing clinicians, fostering a collaborative team culture, and ensuring every family receives high-quality, individualized ABA services. Hamna continues to pursue professional growth through continuing education and remains dedicated to advancing the field while helping children, families, and clinicians thrive.

Daniel Ferryman,
Clinical Director
Daniel Ferryman began his journey working with children in 2008 at the Montessori School of Corona, where he served as a teacher’s assistant for seven years. His early experiences in the classroom sparked a lasting passion for supporting children’s growth and development. Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino in 2014, and soon after entered the field of behavior analysis as a Behavior Technician in 2015.
Driven to deepen his impact, Daniel completed his Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in 2019 and transitioned into a Clinical Supervisor role the same year. Continuing to advance his expertise, he earned a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022 and passed his board certification exam in 2023.
Daniel believes that collaboration, positivity, and communication are the cornerstones of effective leadership. These values guide his approach as he steps into the role of Clinical Director at Advanced Behavioral Specialists. Above all, Daniel genuinely enjoys working with children and finds immeasurable joy in watching them reach their goals, grow in confidence, and celebrate their successes.
He is excited to partner with caregivers, staff, and the ABS community to support meaningful progress for every child.
